The Rules of Procedure for Christian Conciliation govern and guide the mediation and arbitration services we provide. The Rules of Procedure were developed by Peacemaker Ministries, through its division The Institute for Christian Conciliation. They provide specific guidelines for how the process is conducted from initial contact, through preparation, to presentation of information and a final result. They specifically address who participates, how information is exchanged, how parties prepare, how the meetings are conducted, and how final decisions are made. There are specific rules for the mediation process and for the arbitration process. These Rules have provided biblically consistent guidance for nearly 30 years.
