Assessment/Consulting
Assessment/consulting is charged at a flat rate for 4 – 6 hours of telephone consultation for assessment purposes.
Conflict Coaching
Conflict coaching, provided separate from an on-site service, is usually provided by telephone or video conferencing, and charged at an hourly or flat rate fee, depending on the needs of the participants. Rates are designed to make this service cost effective.
Group/Organizational Mediation
Group/Organizational Mediation is estimated based upon the services determined; number of days needed to provide the assistance, the number of team members, and associated travel and resource expenses. Services are charged on a per diem rate per conciliator, with a case administration fee, plus out-of-pocket travel and resource expenses.
Most assistance opportunities for churches, organizations, and businesses involve two or more on-site trips, consisting of 4 – 6 days each trip, depending on the issues involved, and the number of people involved.
Mediation and Arbitration
Mediation and Arbitration services are offered on an hourly or per diem basis, depending on the expected length of the process, plus a case administration fee, and expenses. Only time devoted to preparing and assisting in the process (not travel time) is charged.
Teaching and Equipping
Teaching, Equipping and On-going Consulting and Assistance are charged based on a long term agreement, customized to the needs of the participant and the nature of engagement requested.
