Every conflict is an opportunity. Crossroads Resolution Group can help put your business or nonprofit on the road to more fruitful endeavors that bring the organization into closer alliance with God.
Services are split into two broad categories:
- Alternative dispute resolution services, in which CRG steps in to help you resolve current and ongoing disputes
- Leadership services, in which CRG trains staff to resolve future conflicts
Alternative Dispute Resolution Services
Assessment and Consulting
The leadership and key participants meet with a consultant to address existing conflicts and proactively assess situations likely to result in conflict. Service is provided through telephone/video conferences or on-site visits, depending on the needs and resources of the organization.
Based on this assessment, we select a Conciliator or Assistance Team with knowledge, experience, and giftedness aligned with your situation. After this team is introduced to you, they will be subject to your approval. It is our goal to assign the most compatible team for your organization.
Conflict Coaching
A conciliator facilitates conversation between individual sides of the conflict, separate from each other. With the conciliator’s assistance, participants:
- Evaluate the situation and their own roles in the conflict
- Identify how they have responded
- Develop a plan to address the situation directly, one on one, responding and reconciling in a way that glorifies God
Service is provided through phone/video conferences or on-site visits, depending on the needs and resources of the parties involved.
Mediation
Many businesses and organizations require assistance to address conflicts within their organization or with third parties before they rise to the level of formal legal claims. We provide a process and leadership in helping the individuals in these situations discuss and reach resolution while also preserving or restoring the relationship necessary for effective work together. There are also monetary or legal claims that would otherwise be settled in a court or through secular mediation. CRG offers an alternative in which disputes are settled in a biblically faithful manner. Mediation is the first step, followed by arbitration if mediation is unsuccessful. The service helps the parties resolved the substantive issues while addressing the relational issues, seeking to preserve or repair the relationships broken due to the conflict. The mediation process follows The Rules of Procedure for Christian Conciliation .

Arbitration
Arbitration is the process available in the event mediation does not resolve all of the material or substantive claims. It is a legally binding process, which follows The Rules of Procedure for Christian Conciliation . Arbitration is a cooperative, non-adversarial process that allows the parties to fully present their factual information and legal precedents and guidelines, with or without the assistance of attorneys. The Arbitrator renders a legally binding and enforceable decision.

Consulting
One of the key areas of assistance to a business or organization as it seeks to address unresolved conflict differently and create a relational foundation for its work, is to engage in on-going conversations and coaching with one of our conciliators. We provide services which provide regular and as-needed video conference with leaders as they seek to imbed biblical principles for resolving conflict and engaging in relational wisdom into the culture of their business or organization.
We also provide regular check ups and follow up visits as you execute your plan, to provide on-going equipping and support.
Leadership Services
Leadership Coaching
Business and organization leaders, and their team leaders, all face daily challenges in leading individuals well. This involves knowing how to navigate the relationships between team members and addressing the differences that naturally exist within all leadership teams. We help your team address current situations and plan for the effective handling of future situations. Our conciliators, as Certified Christian Conciliators™ and Certified Relational Wisdom Conciliators™ provide on-going coaching by phone, video conference, and in person to help leaders be as effective as possible in their business and witness of their faith.
Organizational and Group Mediation
Face-to-face discussions, facilitated by a trained, Certified Christian Conciliator™ or team of conciliators. It is designed to address interpersonal dynamics and issues that are creating division or loss of team cooperation, in order to reach reconciliation and improve collaboration.
Group Discussions and Problem-Solving
Through an “Application Workshop” format, group members work with a conciliator to identify issues and reach resolutions through tested problem-solving principles consistent with the Bible. This allows groups to build and improve the necessary relationships of their team while solving the conflicts or disagreements they face.
Equipping and Training
After reaching resolutions of existing issues, CRG can equip leadership with the skills to address future conflicts on their own. We provide businesses and organizations with the long-term skills and abilities to address future conflict in a manner that is consistent with the biblical principles we apply. This involves providing opportunities for learning these skills and developing plans to put them into practice as part of the culture of the business or organization.
We are prepared to use Relational Wisdom as well as conflict resolution experience, knowledge and skills to assist you. In addition to customized equipping sessions, we can:
We can:
- Present seminars, training sessions and application workshops
- Provide participant guides and DVD-based studies
- Train conflict coaches
- Offer ongoing assistance, coaching, and consulting
